By downloading or using Find it Israel (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Find it Israel is a free geography trivia game where players identify locations in Israel on a map. The App offers single-player and multiplayer modes.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use offensive or inappropriate nicknames.
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the game servers.
• Use automated tools or bots to play the game.

We reserve the right to ban users who violate these rules.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, and code in the App are owned by Find it Israel or its licensors. Map data is provided by third-party mapping services under their respective licenses.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Find it Israel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
